| Abstract: | This paper introduces the experience that quantity and quality of ADR reports were improved obviously after clinical pharmacists＂ publicizing and reporting ADR actively. It advises that clinical pharmacists undertake the ADR reporting initiatively and give full play to their professional advantages, and establish a pharmacist-led hospital pharmacovigilance system. |
