| 摘 要： | 目的:观察来曲唑(LE)联合中药治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)排卵障碍的临床疗效。方法:将符合多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)排卵障碍及中医辨证属肾阴虚型的60例患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例采用来曲唑配合中药治疗。对照组30例采用纯西药来曲唑治疗。1个月经周期为1个疗程,观察6个月经周期内2组月经、排卵、内膜和受孕的情况。结果:(1)月经及症状的改善情况:治疗组有效28例,无效2例;对照组有效22例,无效8例。(2)排卵情况:治疗组排卵率96.67%;对照组排卵率为93.33%。(3)内膜改善情况:治疗组A期60%,B期20%,C期20%;对照组A期30%,B期23.33%,C期46.67%。(4)受孕情况:治疗组妊娠率73.33%;对照组妊娠率为56.67%。结论:来曲唑联合中药治疗多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍有良好疗效,能诱导单个优势卵泡的发育,无卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS),且受孕率提高。
