急诊留观病人健康教育

摘    要:
目的:探讨急诊留观病人健康教育的方法及效果。方法研究选取了2014年8月~2015年7月收治的126例急诊留观患者作为研究对象,将126例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各63例,对照组患者采用常规健康教育,观察组患者在对照组的基础上采用一体化健康教育。结果观察组患者的健康教育的认知率为96.8%,较对照组的77.8%显著提高( P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理总满意率为98.4%,较对照组的85.7%显著提高( P<0.05)。结论一体化健康教育应用于急诊留观病人具有良好效果,值得推荐。

The Health Education of Emergency Observation Patient
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the health education of emergency observation patient.Methods 126 cases of patients from August 2014 to July 2015 in our hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 63 cases in each group.The control group were treated with general health education.The observation group were treated with integration health education based on the control group.Results The awareness rate of health education in the observation group ( 96.8%) was significantly increased compared with control group ( 77.8%) ( P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group (98.4%) was significantly increased compared with control group (85.7%) (P<0.05).Conclusions The application of integration health education has a good effect on the e-mergency.
