舒芬太尼用于腰硬联合阻滞麻醉的手术镇痛效果观察

摘    要:目的:探析舒芬太尼用于腰硬联合阻滞麻醉的手术镇痛效果。方法选择2013年1月~2015年12月收治的100例腰硬联合阻滞麻醉手术患者,分为两组,对照组患者使用芬太尼进行镇痛,观察组患者使用舒芬太尼进行镇痛,统计分析两组患者的镇痛效果。结果镇痛前,观察组患者的VAS评分是(7.1±1.4)分,对照组是(7.2±1.3)分,无显著差异性( P>0.05)。镇痛后的观察组患者的VAS评分是(3.0±1.2)分,对照组是(5.1±1.6)分,差异性显著( P<0.05)。实施镇痛后,两组患者的神经阻滞未见显著差异性( P>0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率是30%,对照组患者是64%,差异性显著( P<0.05)。结论舒芬太尼用于腰硬联合阻滞麻醉手术镇痛中的效果极为理想,能够有效减轻患者的术后疼痛程度,避免神经阻滞的发生。

Clinical Observtaions on the Analgesic Effect of Sufentanil in Combined Spinal-epidural Anaesthesia
Abstract:Objective To analyze the analgesic effect of sufentanil in combined spinal -epidural anaesthesia (CSEA).Methods From January 2013 to December 2015,100 cases of CSEA in Surgical Department of Lingyuan Central Hospital were selected , They were randomly divided into two groups ,the control group patients were treated with fentanyl for analgesia , in the observation group were treated with sufentanil analgesia , statistical analysis analgesic effect of the two groups of patients.Results The pain, the VAS score of the observation group is (7.1 ±1.4) points, the control group is (7.2 ±1.3), no significant difference (P>0.05).Analgesia after the VAS scores of the observation group is (3 ±1.2) points, the control group is (5.1 ±1.6), a significant difference (P<0.05).After the implemen-tation of nerve block analgesia, there was no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).Observation group of patients with adverse reaction rate was 30%, patients in the control group was 64%, there were significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusions The analgesic effect of sufentanil for CSEA is extremely ideal , can effectively relieve postop-erative pain, to avoid the occurrence of nerve block .
