CT在腰椎退行性变与慢性下腰痛临床关系研究中的应用

目的：探讨CT在腰椎退行性变与慢性下腰痛临床关系研究中的应用。方法随机选取2013年3月～2014年5月前来接受治疗的腰椎退行性变与慢性下腰痛患者共100例作为本次的研究对象，根据入院顺序将患者平均分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者采用DR的方法进行诊断，对照组患者采用CT的方法进行诊断。观察分析两组患者诊断的效果及患者的满意率。结果观察组诊断出腰椎骨质增生、椎小关节病、及椎小关节半脱位、小关节内真空现象及其他与对照组相比，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05），观察组诊断出椎间盘膨出或突出及神经根受压或湮没均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；观察组患者确诊率为70％，明显低于对照组（96％）。两组比较具有统计学意义（u＝3．4435，P＝0．0006）；对照组50例患者中总满意率高达98％，明显高于观察组（86％），两组比较具有统计学意义（u＝3．4435，P＝0．0006）。结论 CT诊断能提高腰椎退行性变与慢性下腰痛的确诊率，且在一定的程度上能使患者存活率得到提高，值得在临床上推广使用。

CT in Clinical Studies for Low Back Pain and Chronic Degenerative Lumbar Relations

Objective To research CT in clinical studies for low back pain and chronic degenerative lumbar relation-ship in.Methods Randomly selected in March 2013 to May 2014 to our hospital for treatment of lumbar degenerative and chronic low back pain patients a total 100 cases, as in this objects, according to the order of the patients admitted to hospital were divided into observation group and control group.To observe the implementation of DR patients for diagno-sis, implement control patients CT method for diagnosis.To observe and analyze the effect of the two groups of patients diagnosed and patient satisfaction rate.Results There were diagnosed lumbar osteoarthritis, facet joint disease, and facet joint subluxation, small joints and other vacuum phenomenon compared with the control group, the difference was not statistically significant ( P>0.05) , the observation group diagnosed bulging or protruding disc and nerve root com-pression or annihilation were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the ob-servation group were diagnosed was 70%, significantly lower than the control group (96%).Between the two groups was statistically significant (u=3.443 5, P=0.000 6);control group of 50 patients overall satisfaction rate of 98%, signif-icantly higher than in the observation group ( 86%) , the two groups was statistically significant ( u=3.443 5, P =0.000 6).Conclusions CT diagnosis of lumbar degeneration and can improve the rate of correct diagnosis of chronic low back pain, and can improve the survival rate, it is worth widely used.
