经阴道三维超声在宫腔粘连诊断中的临床价值

目的：分析经阴道三维超声在宫腔粘连诊断中的临床价值。方法选择2014年7月～2015年6月行宫腔镜诊断为宫腔粘连的82例患者作为观察对象，分析患者的临床资料，对比经阴道三维超声进行检查与经阴道二维超声对于宫腔粘连的检出率。分析声像图结果资料与宫腔粘连之间的关系。结果经阴道三维超声对于宫腔粘连的阳性预测值、诊断敏感度以及诊断准确率结果均高于经阴道二维超声检查，差异结果具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；此外，经阴道三维超声对于轻度宫腔粘连患者出现漏诊现象，对于中度和重度宫腔粘连患者的检出率达到100％。结论经阴道三维超声在宫腔粘连诊断中的临床价值较高，尤其是对于中度与重度宫腔粘连的诊断准确率高，具有很高的临床影像学诊断价值。

Clinical value of transvaginal three dimensional ultrasound in diagnosis of intrauterine adhesions

Objective to analyze the clinical value of transvaginal three dimensional ultrasound(3D-TVS) in diag-nosis of intrauterine adhesions(IUA).Methods From July 2014 and June 2015, 82 cases with IUA were diagnosed by hysteroscopy in our hospital.the clinical data of the patients were analyzed retrospectively.The detection rate of IUA was compared by 3D-TVS and transvaginal two dimensional ultrasound(2D-TVS).The relationship between ultrasonogra-phy and IUA was analyzed.Results by 3D-TVS for IUA, the positive predictive value and diagnostic sensitivity and diagnostic accuracy results were higher than those of 2D-TVS.The difference is statistically significant (P <0.05);in addition, 3D-TVS in patients with mild IUA appear missed diagnosis; and for patients with moderate and severe IUA, the detection rate reached 100%.Conclusions the clinical value of 3D-TVS in the diagnosis of IUA is higher, especially for the diagnosis of moderate and severe IUA, it has a high value in clinical imaging diagnosis.
