肾细胞癌组织中S100蛋白表达及与P53的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨肾细胞癌组织中S100蛋白的表达情况、临床意义及与P53的关系。 方法:采用免疫组织化学染色法检测36例肾细胞癌及14例正常肾组织中S100A1蛋白、S100B蛋白和突变型P53的表达,观察并分析S100蛋白与肾细胞癌临床分期、病理类型、及与突变型P53表达的关系。 结果:肾细胞癌组织S100A1表达阳性率72.2%,高于正常肾组织的21.4%(P<0.01)。随肾癌分期和恶性程度的增加,S100A1的表达阳性率增加。肾细胞癌组织中突变型P53表达阳性率30.6%,正常肾组织中的阳性率则为0(P<0.05);P53表达与肾癌分期和癌细胞恶性程度无关(P>0.05)。肾细胞癌组织S100B表达阳性率36.1%,正常肾组织表达阳性率为64.3%(P>0.05)。S100A1,S100B在肾癌中的表达与突变型P53无显著相关性(P>0.05)。 结论:S100A1蛋白在肾癌组织中表达增高,且随肾癌分期以及肾细胞癌恶性程度的增加,其表达阳性率均增加。S100A1蛋白可能成为判断肾细胞癌侵袭性和恶性程度一项新的、有意义的指标。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of S100 in renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and its relation with P53. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of S100A1, S100B and the mutant P53 in 36 RCC and 14 normal kidney tissues. The associations of S100 protein expression with the tumor pathological types, clinical stages and P53 expression were analyzed.Results The positive rates of S100A1 expression in RCC and normal kidney tissues were 72.2% and 21.4%,respectively (P<0.01); S100A1 expression in RCC was significantly correlated with its stage and degree of malignancy . The positive rates of the mutant P53 expression in RCC and normal kidney tissues were 30.6% and zero respectively (P<0.05), and its expression was not associated with the stage and degree of malignancy degree of RCC (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in S100B expression between RCC (36.1%) and normal kidney tissues (64.3%, P>0.05). There was no significant correlation between the mutant P53 and S100A1 or S100B expression (P>0.05).Conclusion S100A1 may serve as a new useful marker in judging the degree of malignancy and invasion of RCC.
