卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转的多排螺旋CT诊断价值

目的探讨卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转的多排CT表现特点。方法回顾性分析8例经手术病例证实的卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转的，瞄床及CT资料，其中卵巢单纯囊肿4例，戍熟性畸胎瘤2例，粘液性囊腺瘤1例，纤维瘤1例。结果全部8例均为单侧，右侧7例，左侧1例。6例表现为厚壁囊性或囊实性肿块，2例为实性肿块；平扫密度增高6例，增强扫描轻度强化2例，6例无明显强化。输卵管增粗显示5例，其中4例未见明显强化，1例轻度强化。5例少量腹水，5例子宫向惠侧移位。结论卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转CT表现具有特征性，对术前诊断和治疗有重要意义。

The Diagnosis Value of MDCT in Pedicle Torsion of Ovarian Tumor

Objective To study the MDCT features on pedicle torsion of ovarian tumor. Materials and Methods The 8 cases of owlrian tumor found by CT and proved by surgi- cally and pathologically were analyzed retrospectively, including simple owntan cysts in 4 cases, mature teratoma in 2 cases, I case of mucinous cystadenomas, I case of fibroma. Results All the 8 cases were unilateral, right side in 7 cases, left in 1 case.6 cases showed thick-walled cystic or cystic- solid, 2 cases were solid mass density; tumor shows hyperdense in 6 cases in plan scan and shows slight enhancement in 2 cases, no enhancement in 6 cases in enhanced scan. No obvious enhancement was showed in 4 cases, slight enhancement in 1 case. Ascites was present in 5 cases and uterine deviation to the twisted side in 5 cases. Conclusion Most pedicle torsion of ovarian tumor show characteristic CT signs￡-which are helpful to preoperative diagnosis and treatment.
