摘    要:近年来磁共振扩散加权成像(diffuSi0n-weightedimagingDWI)在’肾脏疾病尤其是’肾小球病变中的研究日趋广泛,而原发性IgA肾病作为较为常见的弥漫性肾小球疾病,是以IgA为主的多种由免疫复合物沉积所造成的血管系膜细胞破坏、问质增殖及纤维化等一系列病理改变;通过病理学中对IgA肾病的HaSS分级系统的分析,运用扩散加权成像(DWI)技术对原发性IgA肾病所导致的血流灌注的减少、水分子扩散运动在不同分级中的受限程度进行相关研究,本文对其可行性作一综述。

Preliminary Study of Magnetic Resonance Diffusion-weighted Imaging in Primary IgA Nephropathy Pathological Grading

Abstract:In recent years, the gradually and extensively resetu'ch in iechnology of magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI) about nephropathy especially glomerulopathy. Moreover as a sort of common diffuse glomerulopathy, primary lgA nephropathy is mainly in IgA and other mutiple immune complexes deposition bringing about a series of changes such as mesangial cells damage, mesenchymal cells proliferation and fibrosis; Analysis Hass pathological grading system of primary lgA nephropathy. Utilize diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) iechnology to theorrtical research different degree of perfusion reduction and water molecular diffuse to be limited in different pathological grading system level. In this article, we only do a preliminary investation about feasibility of the theory.
