VRT技术对主动脉疾病附壁血栓的后处理

摘    要:目的 评估不同的VRT后处理方法对主动脉疾病伴附壁血栓的价值。方法 28例行MSCTA检查的主动脉疾病伴有附壁血栓的患者(男20例,女8例),采用3种不同的后处理方法对血栓处理后的VRT成像,以轴位和二维图像为参照金标准进行图像质量评估。结果 SVRT对血栓后处理后VRT平均时间和质量评估平均得分分别为1.6min和0.54分:SBSPVRT分别为25min和3.57分;VPVRT分别为90min和1.36分。结论 SBSPVRT是评估伴有附壁血栓主动脉疾病的理想方法。

Post-processing of mural thrombus in aortic disease with VRT
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects of different post-processing VRTs on aortic disease with mural thrombus. Methods 28 patients with mural thrombus in aortic disease who had undergone MSCT angiography (20 males, 8 females) were reviewed using three post-processing techniques of mural thrombus. VRT images after three post-processing techniques of mural thrombus were analyzed using the reference standard of axial cross-section and 2D images in all cases. Results The average time and score of three post-processing techniques for aortic disease were as following:1.6 minutes and 0.54 scores for SVRT; 25 minutes and 3.57 scores for SBSPVRT; 90 minutes and 1.36 scores for VPVRT. Conclusion These results indicate that SBSPVRT is the optimal post-processing technique in the evaluation of aortic disease with mural thrombus.
