大孔吸附树脂对低密度脂蛋白吸附性能的研究

摘    要:目的 研究大孔吸附树脂对低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的吸附性能。方法 在体外实验中比较了3种吸附树脂对LDL的吸附效率,筛选出对LDL吸附效率高、对高密度脂蛋白(HDL)吸附效率低的2号树脂,并观察了2号大孔树脂对高脂血症实验动物模型的LDL和HDL吸附效率及其血液相容性。结果 2号大孔树脂对高脂血症模型动物LDL的吸附率达57.9%,对HDL的吸附率为11.5%,且对血液相容性良好。结论 2号大孔树脂是一种具有应用前景的新的医用材料。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the adsorbability of macropore adsorption resins on LDL. Methods In vitro experiments were employed to compare the adsorption effects of three resins on LDL.One resin, No.2, was selected out of the three and it exhibited a high LDL adsorption rate and low adsorption rate on HDL. Animal model with hyperlipidemia was applied to observe adsorption rates of No.2 on LDL and HLD,and its blood compatibility. Results The adsorptive rates of NO.2 resin were 57 9% on LDL and 11 5% on HDL in hyperlipidemic animal,a good blood compatibility was found. Conclusions NO.2 resin might be a new medical material with good potentials in future application.
