中西医结合治疗肺源性心脏病急性发作期36例临床观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗肺源性心脏病（以下简称肺心病）急性发作期的临床疗效。方法将72例肺心病急性发作期患者随机分为2组,对照组36例予常规西医治疗,治疗组36例在对照组治疗基础上予中药治疗,2组均治疗14 d后观察治疗前后中医症状积分、西医体征积分变化及临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率97.2%,对照组总有效率88.9%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后中医症状积分、西医体征积分均较本组治疗前降低（P〈0.05）,治疗组治疗后中医症状积分、西医体征积分均低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗肺心病急性发作期,可明显改善预后,提高疗效,在减轻患者痛苦、改善生活质量等方面均有明显优势。

Treatment of acute exacerbation of pneumocardial disease with integrated traditional and western medicine

Objective To investigate the effect of acute exacerbation of pneumocardial disease treated with integrated traditional and western medicine.Methods 72 patients with acute exacerbation of pneumocardial disease were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group were given conventional western medicine.Patients in treatment group were treated by integrated traditional and western medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,western medicine sign score and effect were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（97.2%） was higher than that in control group（88.9%,P0.05）.Traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and western medicine sign score after treatment was lower than that before treatment in two groups（P0.05）.Traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and western medicine sign score in treatment group was lower than that in control group after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion The therapy of integrated traditional and western medicine can significantly improve prognosis,enhance therapeutic effect,relieve pain in patients and improve quality of life acute exacerbation of pneumocardial disease.
