| 摘 要： | 目的：比较不同采收时间北苍术挥发油质量的变化,为生产及北苍术的品质评价提供依据。方法：选取8月至次年元月采收的北苍术,用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,测定GC色谱图后获17个共有峰的北苍术指纹图谱共有模式,采用相似度评价、聚类分析等方法,系统分析各共有峰相对含量变化趋势与不同采收时间的关系。结果：苍术采收期可分为两类,即十二月份和九月至十一月份,又以后者挥发油质量最佳。结论：北苍术最佳采收时间为秋季。 |
