黛力新联合逍遥丸治疗脑梗死后焦虑抑郁患者临床观察

目的研究黛力新联合逍遥丸治疗脑梗死后焦虑抑郁患者的疗效。方法将入选脑梗死后焦虑抑郁患者随机分为两组,治疗组给予黛力新1片早晨1次顿服,同时口服逍遥丸,每次8丸,3次·d-1。对照组给予黛力新1片早晨1次顿服。连续应用8周后进行疗效评价。结果治疗8周后,治疗组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分降低均数为(5.28±3.09)分,对照组为(3.53±3.18)分,组间比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.632,P0.01);治疗组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分降低的均数为(9.66±3.19)分,对照组为(5.18±2.99)分,组间比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.296,P0.01)。治疗前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,治疗组显效率和总有效率均明显高于对照组。结论脑梗死后焦虑抑郁患者黛力新联合逍遥丸治疗治疗组比对照组效果好,治疗前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,治疗组的显效率和总有效率明显高于对照组。

Clinical Observation of Anxiety and Depression Patients after Cerebral Infarction Treated with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets Combined with Xiaoyao Wan

Objective To study the effects in anxiety and depression patients after cerebral infarction treated with flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with xiaoyao wan.Methods The patients of anxiety and depression after cerebral infarction were randomized into two groups.In a treatment group,flupentixol and melitracen tablets were prescribed,one tablet every moming,and xiaoyao wan was for oral administration,8 pills each time,three times a day.In a control group,flupentixol and melitracen tablets were prescribed,one tablet every morning.The efficacy was evaluated after continuous medication for 8 weeks.Results In 8 weeks of treatment,the reducing mean of HAMA score was （5.28 ± 3.09） in the treatment group and was（3.53 ± 3.18） in the control group.The difference was significant between the two groups（t =2.632,P ＜ 0.01）.The reducing mean of HAMD score was （9.66 ± 3.19）in the treatment group and was （5.18 ±2.99） in the control group.The difference was significant between the two groups（t =3.296,P ＜ 0.01）.The remarkably effective rate and the total effective rate in the treatment group were obviously higher than those in the control group.Conclusion The treatment of anxiety and depression patient after cerebral infarction is better with flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with xiaoyao wan in the treatment group as compared with the control group.Regarding HAMA and HAMD score before and after treatment,the remarkably effective rate and the total effective rate in the treatment group are obviously higher than those in the control group.
