妇产科腹腔镜用于输卵管梗阻性不孕症的疗效分析

摘    要:目的探讨腹腔镜治疗输卵管梗阻性不孕症的临床效果。方法选取该院收治的90例输卵管梗阻性不孕症患者,对照组采用传统开腹手术治疗,观察组采用腹腔镜治疗,观察两组治疗前后输卵管畅通情况、手术时间、术中出血量、排气时间以及住院时间情况。结果治疗后观察组的输卵管总通畅率(91.11%)明显高于对照组(75.56%),观察组手术时间、术中出血量、排气时间以及住院时间均明显少于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论采用腹腔镜治疗输卵管梗阻性不孕症可有效提高输卵管的畅通率,缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,减少术后排气时间和住院时间。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic treatment of tubal obstructive infertility. Methods 90 cases of tubal obstructive infertility patients admitted in our hospital were selected. The control group was given traditional laparotomy treatment, and the observation group was given laparoscopic treatment. The tubal flow situation, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, exhaust time and hospital stay of two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results After treatment, the tubal total flow rate of the observation group(91.11%) was significantly higher than that(75.56%) of the control group; the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, exhaust time and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of tubal obstructive infertility can effectively improve the flow rate of fallopian tubes, shorten the operation time, reduce the intraoperative blood loss, postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay.
