硝苯地平控释片联合缬沙坦治疗老年2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压的临床观察

目的研究分析对老年2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压患者采用硝苯地平控释片联合缬沙坦治疗的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年10月—2012年10月期间该院收治的48例老年2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压患者的临床资料,按照患者治疗期间接受的不同治疗方案,将48例患者分为两组,对照组患者24例,采用单一硝苯地平控释片治疗,观察组患者24例,采用硝苯地平控释片联合缬沙坦治疗。结果治疗后观察组患者的舒张压由（103.12±17.08）mmHg下降为（78.26±9.46）mmHg,收缩压压由（165.05±17.03）mmHg下降为（120.06±8.02）mmHg,对照组患者的舒张压由（105.03±12.02）mmHg下降为（90.04±8.10）mmHg,收缩压压由（164.10±13.24）mmHg下降为（135.06±7.06）mmHg（P〈0.05）;治疗前观察组、对照组的UAER分别为（147.91±24.30）、（144.70±26.21）,治疗后分别为（106.70±18.32）、（120.50±16.81）（P〈0.05）。结论硝苯地平控释片联合缬沙坦是治疗老年2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压的良好药物,值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation of Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets Combined with Valsartan in the Treatment of Elderly Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy with Hypertension

Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of nifedipine controlled release tablets combined with valsartan in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy complicated by hypertension. Methods The clinical data of 48 elderly patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy complicated by hypertension admitted in our hospital from October, 2010 to October, 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. And they were divided into two groups according to different treatment plan. 24 patients in the control group were treated by nifedipine controlled release tablets, 24 patients in the observation group were treated by nifedipine controlled release tablets and valsartan. Results After treatment, the diastolic blood pressure of patients in the observation group decreased from（103.12 ± 17.08） mmHg to（78.26 ± 9.46） mmHg, systolic pressure decreased from（165.05 ± 17.03）mmHg to（120.06 ± 8.02） mmHg. The diastolic pressure of the patients in the control group decreased from（105.03 ± 12.02） mmHg to（90.04 ± 8.10） mmHg, systolic pressure decreased from（164.10±13.24） mmHg to（135.06±7.06）mmHg,P〈0.05; before treatment,the UAER of the control group and the observation group was（147.91±24.30）,（144.70±26.21）, respectively, after treatment, that was（106.70±18.32）,（120.50±16.81）, respectively（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nifedipine controlled release tablets combined with valsartan is a good medicine for treating elderly type 2 diabetic nephropathy with hypertension, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
