沙利度胺与甲氨喋呤及益赛普联合应用治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效观察

目的评价沙利度胺与甲氨喋呤及益赛普联合应用治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取2011年5月—2013年4月该院收治的类风湿关节炎患者48例,随机分为两组,其中观察组24例,使用沙利度胺与甲氨喋呤及益赛普联合应用治疗,对照组24例,仅使用甲氨喋呤与益赛普进行治疗,每月随访1次,6个月后比较两组患者复发情况。结果 6个月的随中,观察组各项数据均明显优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组复发2（8.3%）例,对照组复发4（16.7%）例,两组患者复发情况比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论沙利度胺治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效好,可以明显患者症状,复发情况少,值得在临床上予以推广。

Observation on the Efficacy of Thalidomide and Methotrexate and Etanercept Combination Therapy for Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of thalidomide and methotrexate and etanercept combination therapy for rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 48 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted in our hospital from May 2011 to April 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. 24 patients in the observation group were treated with thalidomide and methotrexate and etanercept combination therapy, and 24 patients in the control group were treated with methotrexate and etanercept. The patients were followed up once a month. 6 months later, the recurrence of two groups was compared. Results During the 6-month follow-up, the data in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; there were 2 cases of recurrence（8.3%） in the observation group, and 4 cases of recurrence（16.7%） in the control group, the difference in recurrence status between two groups of patients was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Thalidomide is effective in treating rheumatoid arthritis, which can improve the symptoms of the patients with fewer recurrences,and is deserved to be promoted in clinical practice.
