干性与湿性愈合疗法在糖尿病足坏疽治疗中的应用

糖尿病足坏疽可分为干性坏疽、湿性坏疽、混合性坏疽。在同一伤口的不同时期,可分别采用干性或湿性愈合疗法,其辨证的关键在于局部血运及感染的情况。干性坏疽初期使用干性愈合疗法,加速坏死组织的脱水,待局部血运改善后采用湿性愈合疗法,促进创面愈合。湿性坏疽初期首先应用干性愈合疗法,控制感染,待感染控制后可采用湿性愈合疗法。混合性坏疽二者可同时应用。干性愈合疗法是控制感染的手段之一,湿性愈合疗法是去腐生肌、偎脓长肉的过程,二者相辅相成,相互转变,把握好应用时机,是促进慢性创面愈合的关键。

Dry and moist healing therapies in the treatment of diabetic foot gangrene

Diabetic foot gangrene can be classified into dry gangrene and moist gangrene or mixed gangrene. In different periods of the same wound,can use dry or moist healing therapy. The key of syndrome differentiation is the local blood supply and infection. Dry gangrene beginning of using dry healing therapy,speed up the process of dehydration necrotic tissue,after waiting for the local blood supply improvement using moist healing therapy,promote wound healing. Moist gangrene early application of dry healing therapy to control infection,in the first place. After waiting for infection control can be used to moist healing therapy.Mixed gangrene both can be applied at the same time. Dry healing therapy is one of the methods to control infection,wet healing therapy is the process of removing necrotic tissue and promoting granulation,culturing the pus for the growth of muscles. Two treatment methods complement each other,mutual transformation,grasp the application time is the key to promote healing of chronic wounds.
