寇秋爱教授补肾通络法治疗SAPHO综合征1例

滑膜炎、痤疮、脓疱病、骨肥厚、骨髓炎综合征简称SAPHO综合征,是一种累及皮肤及关节的自身免疫性疾病。该病目前比较罕见,其病因尚不明确,对于该病的治疗方案较少,主要以对症支持治疗为主,药物选择与其他免疫系统疾病相仿,一般以非甾体抗炎药作为一线药物,糖皮质激素和抗风湿药物作为二线药物,TNF-α拮抗剂等生物制剂药物作为三线药物,但治疗效果因人而异。祖国医学对于该病并无明确记载,该病在治疗过程中若进行中药干预,病情多趋于平稳。寇秋爱教授根据中医辨证理论,运用补益肝肾、化瘀通络之法,以二仙汤加减治疗该病取得了较好的疗效。

Kou Qiuai＇s Experiences in Bushen Tongluo Therapy： 1 Case of SAPHO Syndrome

Synovitis- acne- pustulosis- hyperostosis- osteomyelitis syndrome（ SAPHO syndrome）is the autoimmune disease with skin and joint involved. It is very rarely seen at present and the etiology is unknown. Hence,the therapeutic program on the disease is less,mainly focusing on symptomatic and supportive treatment. The drug choice is similar to that for the immune disease. Generally,the non- steroidal and non-inflammatory drugs are the first- line drugs,glucocorticoid and anti- rheumatism medicine as the second line and the biological preparations such as TNF alpha blockers as the third line. But the therapeutic effects are different individually. There is no definite record on the disease in TCM. It has been found that the intervention with Chinese medicine stabilizes the situation of sickness. Based on the syndrome differentiation of TCM,by taking the tonifying the liver and kidney,resolving stasis and promoting the circulation of meridians as the treating principles,Prof. Kou qiuhua applies the modified ermiao tang to the disease and has achieves the good efficacy.
