低功率He:Ne激光促进种植体骨结合的实验研究

摘    要:目的:探讨低功率He:Ne激光照射能否增加种植体骨结合率。方法:选取6只Beagle犬,于每只犬每侧胫骨植入3枚种植体,将每只犬的6颗种植体随机编入A、B、C组,A组设为对照组,B、C组术后立即采用低功率He:Ne激光照射,B组持续照射1周,C组持续照射2周。术后4、8、12周每次处死2只动物,取材制作非脱钙骨磨片,进行骨形态计量学分析,比较各组新骨形成状况,计算每颗种植体骨结合率并作统计学处理。结果:每个检测期A、B、C组种植体骨结合率均有显著差异(P〈0.01),均表现为:C组(B组(A组。结论:低功率He:Ne激光照射能显著增加种植体骨结合率,连续照射2周较1周效果好。

Animal Study on the Influence of Low-level Laser Irradiation on the Osseointegration of Dental Implants

Abstract:Objective.. To investigate the influence of low--power laser irradiation on implant--osseointegration. Methods: 6 Beagle dogs were selected according to international standards. In accordance with the surgical implanting method of BLB implant system, surgeries were operated on each dog from both sides of the tibia preparation. Three implant sockets were implanted with BLB (φ3.3 × 8mm) implantS. A total of 36 implants with interval 2cm were randomly divided into A, B, C group. A group was not irradiated. B, C groups were the experimental groups. Immediately after the use of He-Ne laser (wavelength: 632.8nm, power: 35mW, frequency: 50Hz ± 1Hz, spot diameter of 1.2cm) irradiation, B group was continuously exposured for 1 week. C group was two weeks exposured. After 4,8,12 weeks, two each were killed. The grinding slices were prepaved. Results: At each detection of phase, the rates of implant osseointegration of A, B, C group were significantly different (P〈0.01), which expressed as: group C〉group B〉group A. Conclusion: The low-power He: Ne laser irradiation can significantly increase the rate of implant osseointegration. And two weeks continuous exposure was better than 1 week.
