| 摘 要： | 目的 观察经皮肝穿瘤体放射PDD治疗不能切除肝癌的近期疗效与毒副作用。方法 在B超导引下将PDD 20 mg行药物瘤体内注射,每天1次,连用5天,每4周为一疗程。结果 全组7例,总有效率57.1％,其中CR 0例,PR 4例,主要毒性反应为GPT升高。结论 经皮肝穿瘤体注射PDD是一种治疗不能切除肝癌简便、有效、廉价的方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect and toxic side effect of cisplatinum (PDD) tumer injection by skin for the unresection liver carcinom. Methods PDD was given with a dosage of 20 mg with the tumor injection guided by B ultrasound, once every day for five days. The course was carried out with a 4 weeks interval in between. Results The overall responser rate was 57 .1 % (4/7), including 0 case of complete response and 4 cases of partial responses. The main adverse effects were GPT increment. Conclusions It is indicated that PDD tumer injection of liver by skin for the unresection liver carcinoma is an effective method in the treatment of liver carcinoma. |
