头颈部功能锻炼操预防鼻咽癌患者放疗后张口困难的研究

目的探讨头颈部功能锻炼操对预防鼻咽癌患者放疗后张口困难的作用。方法选择鼻咽癌放疗患者60例，随机分为研究组和对照组各30例。对照组进行自然张口法运动锻炼，研究组应用头颈部功能锻炼操进行锻炼。比较放疗后1个月和12个月时两组的门齿距。结果放疗后1个月和12个月，研究组张口困难发生率分别为26．7％和46．7％，而对照组为63．3％和86．7％，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论头颈部功能锻炼操可有效地降低鼻咽癌患者放疗后张口困难的发生率。

Study on prevention of pate functional exercise gymnastics on difficulty in opening mouth among nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients receiving postradiotherapy

Objective To explore the effectiveness of pate functional exercise gymnastics on difficulty in opening mouth among nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients receiving postradiotherapy. Methods 60 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients receiving postradiotherapy were randomly divided into experimental and control group (30 cases in each group). The patients in control group were received exercises of opening mouth naturally, while those in experimental group were received pate functional exercise gymnastics, thready gingival swelling of fore-tooth were measured after 1 and 12 months radiotherapy. Results The incidence of difficulty in opening mouth was 26.7% and 46.7% after 1 and 12 months radiotherapy in experimental group, while it was 63.3% and 86.7% in control group, the difference was significant. Condusions Pate functional exercise gymnastics is effective to prevent the incidence of difficulty in opening mouth among nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients.
