| 摘 要： | 目的探讨引种栽培珐菲亚的皂苷成分与原产地珐菲亚皂苷成分的变化。方法采用UV及HPLC法对引种栽培9个月的药用植物珐菲亚(巴西人参)和原产地珐菲亚(巴西人参)中的皂苷成分进行比较分析。结果引种栽培的珐菲亚与原产地所产的珐菲亚药材二者的紫外光谱在205 nm处均有一特征吸收峰,HPLC色谱图也表明二者相对峰形及出峰时间相似。结论引种的珐菲亚皂苷成分与原产地珐菲亚中皂苷成分相比,虽有相同之处,但仍有差异。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the change of saponin constituents of cultural Pfaffa paniculata and provenance.Methods The saponin constituents of cultural with nine months Pfaffa paniculata and provenance were analysed by UV and HPLC.Results The saponin constituents of cultural with nine months Pfaffia paniculata and provenance had a characteristic peak at 205 nm by UV,and had some likeness in form of peak and retain time by HPLC.Conclusion The saponin contituents of culture with nine months Pfaffia paniculata and provenance are analogical,but there is difference. |
