| 摘 要： | 目的探讨体外受精胚胎移植周期中多精受精发生率和IVF-ET妊娠结局的关系．方法回顾性分析217个IVF—ET周期资料，比较不同多精受精率周期的妊娠结果．结果共分析了217个IVF—ET周期，临床妊娠率为37．33％（81／217），其中有31（14．29％）个周期出现了多精受精现象，15（48．39％）例临床妊娠，其中多精受精率≥20％的周期有10个（32．26％），妊娠率为40．00％（4／10）．结论多精受精发生周期提示妊娠率增高，但高发周期的妊娠率有所下降．

| Abstract: | Objection To discuss the relationship between the incidence of polyspermy and the clinical outcome after in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer （IVF-ET）. Methods We analysed retrospectively 217 cycles of IVF-ET and compared these pregnancy outcomes of different polyspermy rates. Results The pregnancy incidence was 37.33% （81/217） in total 217 patients, and among 31 （14.29%） polyspermy cycles the pregnancy rate was 48.39% （15/31）. Ten cycles that polyspermy incidence was more than 20 percent resulted pregnancy （32.26%）. Conclusion The incidence of pregnancy increases in the cycle of polyspermy, but decreases in the high frequency occurring cases. |
