磐安县2623名干部职工健康体检结果分析

目的：了解和掌握干部职工的健康现状,为针对性地进行健康教育、采取预防和治疗措施提供依据。方法：收集浙江省磐安县2 623名干部职工2008年健康体检结果并进行分析研究。结果：2 623名干部职工中,查出各种疾病或指标异常者2 372名,占体检总人数的90.43%,检出率较高的前10位疾病依次是高脂蛋白血症、脂肪性肝病、高血压病、心律失常、尿石症、胆管胆囊结石、胆囊息肉、肝囊肿、肾脏囊肿性疾病、糖尿病。结论：干部职工的健康状况令人担忧,应加强健康教育和行为干预,坚持定期体检。

Health examination results of 2623 personnel of Pan'an county, a county of China

Objective To understand and master the current health status of the personnel of Pan＇an county,in order to carry out targeted health education,prevention and treatment.Methods Physical examination results of 2 623 personnel in Pan＇an County,Zhejiang Province in 2008 were collected and analyzed.Results 2 372 of 2 623 personnel had various diseases or index exception,accounting for 90.43% of the total.The top 10 diseases were hyperlipoproteinemia,fatty liver disease,high blood pressure,arrhythmia,urinary calculi,bile duct gallstones,gallbladder polyps,liver cysts,renal cystic disease and diabetes mellitus.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen health education and behavioral intervention of the personnel,and to carry out regular medical examinations.
