| 摘 要： | 非酒精性脂肪性肝病（NAFLD）是目前最常见的肝脏疾病之一，其药物治疗目的主要是减缓或减少肝硬化、肝癌及肝衰竭等终末期肝病的发生，降低病死率。本文综述近年来胰岛素增敏剂、降脂药、抗氧化剂和肝细胞保护剂等各种NAFLD药物治疗方案的临床应用评价。 |

| Abstract: | Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD） is one of the most common liver diseases. Drug treatment can slow and reduce the development of cirrhosis, liver cancer, liver failure and other end-stage liver disease. Particularly, it can reduce the mortality of liver relevant disease. This review summarizes drug treatment progress about NAFLD in recent years. |
