| 摘 要： | 目的:研究成纤维细胞生长因子受体蛋白在人晶状体上皮细胞中的表达。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法来检测人晶状体上皮细胞bFGF受体的蛋白水平,并用图像分析进行相对定量。结果:定性及定量证明了人晶状体上皮细胞存在bFGF受体的蛋白。结论:人晶状体上皮细胞存在bFGF受体的蛋白,为bFGF促进人晶状体上皮细胞的增殖作用提供了物质基础。

| Abstract: | AIM: To study the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) receptor protein in human lens epithelial cells (HLECs).METHODS: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the level of bFGF receptor protein and image analysis was adopted to perform the relative quantitative analysis on it.RESULTS: There was bFGF receptor protein in HLECs accordingl to both qualitative and quantitative analysis.CONCLUSION:bFGF receptor protein exists in HLECs and it is the material foundation for bFGF to improve the proliferation of HLECs. |
