氢氯噻嗪治疗轻中度高血压病的疗效和安全评价

目的:观察小剂量氢氯噻嗪治疗轻中度高血压病患者的疗效和安全性。方法:选择52例轻中度高血压病患者,服用小剂量氢氯噻嗪25mg/d,血压稳定控制8～12周后,改为12.5mg/d,若12周后收缩压(SBP)>140mmHg,或舒张压(DBP)>90mmHg,予加服依那普利10mg/d,疗程2.5～3年。治疗前行24h动态血压监测(ABPM),血脂、血糖、血钾监测。结果:小剂量氢氯噻嗪的降压总有效率为86.5％,对血脂、血糖、血钾无明显影响。结论:小剂量氢氯噻嗪可作为轻中度高血压病的初始药物,或与其它药物联合应用,可稳定控制血压:对血脂、血糖、血钾无明显影响,价格便宜,副作用较少,故值得临床医生广泛推广使用。

Clinical Effects and Safety of Hydrochlorothiazide on Essential Hypertension

Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of hydrochlorothiazide on mild to moderate essential hypertension. Methods : 52 mild to moderate essential hypertension patients were selected to take hydrochlorothiazide 25mg daily for eight to twelve weeks. After stably controling blood pressure, the dose changed to 12 .5mg daily with elapril 10mg daily for 2.5 ~3.0years. ABPM.glucose, lipids, K' were observed before and after treating. Results : The total effective rate was 86. 5% , It is not obviously influence on glucose, lipids, K . Conclusion:Samall dose of hydrochiorothiazide can treat mild to moderate essential hypertinsion. When combining with other drugs. It can stably controls blood pressure. It is not obviously influence on glucose, lipids and K . Hydrochlorothiazide has little side effect.
