透明角膜小切口白内障超声乳化折叠人工晶体术后角膜散光动态研究

目的 :评价 3 .2mm透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化吸除折叠人工晶体植入术后角膜散光演变情况。方法 :对 5 9例 68眼单纯老年性白内障患者行 3 .2mm透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化折叠人工晶体植入 ,分别于术后 3d、1周、1个月及 3个月行角膜曲率和自动验光仪检测 ,应用Jaffe/Clayman矢量分析法计算手术源性散光。 结果 :术后不同时期平均散光度较术前均有不同程度增加 ,1个月后趋于稳定 ,平均SIA度数术后 1周与术后 3d无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,术后 1个月与术后 1周比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,术后 3个月与术后 1个月比较无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :透明角膜小切口白内障超声乳化折叠人工晶体术后角膜散光度数小、恢复快 ,早期即可获得良好而稳定的裸眼视力

Dynamic study on astigmatism after phacoemulsification with corneal incision and foldable intraocular lens implantation

Objective To estimate the changes of astigmatism after phacoemulsification with foldable intraocular lens implantation through 3.2 mm clear corneal incision. Methods The surgeries were performed through 3.2 mm clear corneal incision on 68 eyes of 59 patients with senile cataract. Keratometry measurement was obtained at postoperative 3 days, 1 week, 1 month and 3 months respectively. The surgically induced astigmatisms (SIAs) were analyzed by Jaffe/Clayman vector method. Results The mean SIA was increased at different time postoperatively compared with that preoperatively. It went steady at 1 month postoperative. There were no significant differences between 1 week and 3 days (P>0.05), either at 3 months and 1 month (P>0.05). There were significant differences between 1 month and 1 week (P<0.05). Conclusion The astigmatism induced by phacoemulsification with clear corneal incision is tiny and easy to have early recovery.with favourable and steady vision.
