摘    要:
目的 探讨Graves病病人运动及感觉神经电生理改变。方法 对46例Graves病病人和30例正常对照组检测正中和胫后神经感觉神经传导速度(SCV)、运动末端潜伏期(ML)、复合肌肉动作电位(CMAP)的波幅及F波潜伏期和出现率。结果 Graves病组神经传导改变43例(93.5%),其中胫后感觉神经波幅降低33例(71.7%,P<0.001);正中神经和胫后神经运动传导改变分别4例(8.6%)和8例(17.3%),与正常对照组比较差异均无显著意义(P>0.05);正中神经及胫后神经F波异常分别17例(36.9%)和14例(30.4%),6例病人同时表现F波和运动神经传导异常。结论 神经电生理检查较自觉症状和体征敏感,下肢感觉神经损害最常见,运动神经元以近端受损为主。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the changes of motor and sensory nervous electrophysiology in Graves' disease.Methods The sensory conduction velocity(SCV),motor distal latency(ML),compound muscle action potential(CMAP),F wave latency and F wave occurrence rate were detected in median nerves and posterior tibial nerves in 46 patients with Graves' disease and 30 healthy individuals.Results The nerve conduction velocity abnormality was 43 cases(93.5%) with Graves disease group,decrease of SCV 33 cases(71.7%,P<0.001).In median nerves and posterior tibial nerves,the abnormality of motor conduction were 4 cases(8.6%) and 8 cases(17.3%) respectively(both showing P>0.05),the abnormality of F wave were 17(36.9%) and 14(30.4%) respectively.The abnormality of F wave and the motor conduction were noted in 6 patients at the same time.Conclusion Nervous electrophysiology examination is more sensitive than symptom and sign;the damage of lower extremity nerve is very common,and the damage of proximal motor neuron was more frequently.
