猫蓝斑核向大脑皮质的投射——HRP逆行传递法研究

摘    要:
用HRP逆行标记法对20只猫蓝斑核(Lc)向大脑皮质的投射进行了研究,全面观察、分析了起源细胞的形态及分布,发现Lc向大脑皮质有广泛的投射,其优势区在前半皮质。向前乙状回投射的神经元最多,占Lc神经元总数的15.2%,其次是冠状回和后乙状回,分别占10.3%和7.3%。向各个脑回的投射均以同侧为主。Lc内标记细胞形态在各例差异不大,主要为中等大小的卵圆形、梭形和三角形细胞,分布在核的全长,但多数例在核的中、尾段有更多的标记细胞,向前乙状回投射的标记细胞则以核的尾段较多。

Abstract:
The projections from locus coerul- eus(LC)to the cerebral cortex were studied with the method of the axop- lasmic retrograde transport of horse- radish peroxidase (HRP) in 20 cats. The shape and distribution of the originated cells were observed and analysed completely. It was found th- at the fibers of LC spread to the wh- ole cortex, but concentrating on the front half area of the cortex The nu- mber of LC neurons which projected to the anterior sigmoid gyrus was the most and 15.2% of the whole neurons of LC itself. The neurons projecting to the crown gyrus and posterior sigmoid gyrus were separately 10.3% and 7.3%. The fibres projected mai- nly to the ipsilateral cortex. The la- belled cells of LC in every cases had hardly a difference in sizes and sha- pes, and were of medium, oval, fus- iform and trigonal. They were dist- ributed in the whole length of LC, but in most of cases, there were mo- re numerous labelled cells in the mi- ddle and caudal regions of LC. The cells projecting to the anterior sigm- old gyrus mainly concentrated on the caudal of the nucleus.
