| 摘 要： | 肝切除和肝移植是治愈原发性肝癌的有效手段。随着医疗技术及精准外科的发展，肝脏手术的成功率日益上升，但肝切除或肝移植术后肝功能衰竭仍是危及患者生命的主要并发症之一。术前准确评估患者肝储备功能是减少术后肝功能衰竭发生的有效措施。本文就对肝脏储备功能临床应用于肝病患者的评估做一综述。 |

| Abstract: | Liver resection and liver transplantation are effective means to cure primary liver cancer. With the development of medical technology and precision surgery, the success rate of liver surgery is increasing, but liver failure after liver resection or liver transplantation is still one of the main complications that endanger the life of patients. Accurate assessment of liver reserve function before surgery is an effective measure to reduce the occurrence of postoperative liver failure. This article reviews the evaluation of the clinical application of liver reserve function in patients with liver disease. |
