| 摘 要： | 随着中国人口的老龄化的进程，腹部外科手术患者中高龄化现象十分明显。对老年患者而言，年龄已不再是腹部外科手术的障碍，但手术治疗的风险依然较大。除了老年患者耐受力较差以外，合并症多是重要影响因素。本文将结合近年相关领域研究及实际临床工作经验对合并高血压、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、慢性阻塞性肺疾病及糖尿病的老年腹部外科患者的围手术期处理进行综述。 |

| Abstract: | With the aging process of China's population, the aging phenomenon in patients undergoing abdominal surgery is very obvious. For elderly patients, age is no longer an obstacle to abdominal surgery, but the risk of surgical treatment remains high. In addition to the poor tolerance of elderly patients, comorbidities are mostly important factors. This article will review the perioperative management of elderly patients with abdominal surgery who have hypertension, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and diabetes, in combination with recent research in related fields and practical clinical work experience. |
