摘    要:
目的 观察不同浓度的罗哌卡因联合少量芬太尼用于分娩镇痛的临床效果。方法 将120例拟行硬膜外分娩镇痛的初产妇作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为A、B、C、D 4个组,每组30例,硬膜外麻醉分别给予0.075%、0.1%、0.125%、0.15%盐酸罗哌卡因+1 μg/ml芬太尼进行镇痛,比较各组产妇的镇痛有效率,第一、二产程时间、运动阻滞评分以及不良反应等指标。结果 4组产妇分娩镇痛效果良好,A、B、C、D组产妇镇痛有效率分别为70.00%、83.33%、86.67%、90.00%,B、C、D组高于

Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effects of different concentrations of ropivacaine combined with a small amount of fentanyl for labor analgesia. Methods 120 primiparas who had undergone epidural labor analgesia were selected as subjects. They were divided into four groups: A, B, C and D by random number table. 30 cases in each group and 0.075% in epidural anesthesia. 0.1%, 0.125%, 0.15% ropivacaine hydrochloride +1 μg/ml fentanyl for analgesia, compare the analgesic efficiency of the women in each group, the first and second labor time, exercise retardation score. Results The analgesic effect of labor in 4 groups was good. The effective rates of maternal analgesia in group A, B, C and D were 70.00%, 83.33%, 86.67% and 90.00%, respectively. Groups B, C and D were higher than group A (P< 0.05), 1 patient in group D had motor block (Bromage score 1 point).Conclusion Epidural labor analgesia with 0.1%~0.15% ropivacaine combined with 1μg/ml fentanyl can provide safe and reliable labor analgesia for women.
