溶菌酶肠溶片治疗过敏性紫癜的临床疗效

目的 探讨溶菌酶肠溶片治疗过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法 选择2017年1月~2018年6月我院收治的过敏性紫癜患者108例，采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组，每组54例。对照组给予常规治疗，包括口服维生素C片和芦丁片，实验组在对照组基础上给予溶菌酶肠溶片口服治疗，比较两组临床疗效、症状缓解时间及复发情况。结果 实验组总有效率为83.33%，高于对照组的66.67%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组皮肤紫癜消退时间及尿常规恢复正常时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组复发率为29.63%，低于对照组的50.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 溶菌酶肠溶片治疗过敏性紫癜疗效显著，可有效缓解临床症状，且复发率小。

Clinical Efficacy of Lysozyme Enteric-coated Tablets in the Treatment of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of lysozyme enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura.Methods A total of 108 patients with Henoch-Schonlein purpura admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table, with 54 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment, including oral vitamin C tablets and rutin tablets， the experimental group received oral administration of lysozyme enteric-coated tablets on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, time to symptom relief and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 83.33%, which was higher than that of the control group 66.67%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The time of skin purpura regression and the normal time of urine routine recovery in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the experimental group was 29.63%, which was lower than that of the control group 50.00%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The lysozyme enteric-coated tablets are effective in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura, which can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms and have a small recurrence rate.
