Methods 120 children with AD who were admitted to our hospital from May to August 2017 were divided into experimental group and control group in chronological order, with 60 cases in each group. The experimental group was given routine treatment and given relevant knowledge health education and regular telephone calls back. The control group received regular treatment and was regularly called back. The scores of AD severity (SCORAD score), parental care compliance, and AD family impact questionnaire (DFI) scores were compared between the two groups. Results After 1 year of enrollment, compared with the control group, the SCORAD score of the experimental group was (3.28±0.87), the parental care compliance score was (13.10±4.12), and the DFI score was (6.82±2.15), which was better than the control the scores of (6.23±1.23), (8.38±3.19) and (10.38±2.47), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Children with AD in children with health education based on conventional treatment can promote parents to understand disease-related knowledge and improve treatment compliance, thereby promoting the improvement of efficacy and reducing the impact of disease on the family.
