延续护理对冠心病PCI患者术后康复的应用效果分析

目的 针对延续护理对冠心病PCI术后康复中的应用效果进行研究。方法 选取2015年5月~2017年5月到我院进行PCI治疗的126例冠心病患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组63例。对照组采取常规PCI术后康复健康教育，观察组采取延续护理干预。对比两组患者出院时及出院1年后的自我管理行为。结果 观察组患者的治疗依从性[（31.64±2.45）分vs（27.35±2.34）分]、生活改良[（28.64±2.76）分vs（26.34±2.18）分]、应急处理[（26.85±2.44）分vs（24.12±2.82）分]、自我管理[（86.15±8.08）分vs（78.31±7.39）分]等指标均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对冠心病PCI术后患者采取延续护理，能够提升康复效果，改善患者自我管理行为。

Analysis of the Effect of Continuous Nursing on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Undergoing PCI

Objective To study the effect of continuous nursing on the rehabilitation of coronary heart disease after PCI. Methods A total of 126 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 63 cases in each group. The control group received rehabilitation health education after routine PCI, and the observation group took continuous nursing intervention. The self-management behavior of the two groups of patients at discharge and after 1 year of discharge was compared. Results The treatment compliance of the observation group [(31.64±2.45) points vs (27.35±2.34) points], life improvement [(28.64±2.76) points vs (26.34±2.18) points], emergency treatment [(26.85±2.44) vs. (24.12±2.82)] and self-management [(86.15±8.08) vs. (78.31±7.39)] were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuing care for patients with coronary heart disease after PCI can improve rehabilitation and improve patient self-management behavior.
