输卵管间质部妊娠的经阴道三维超声与二维超声诊断对比分析

目的 探讨经阴道三维超声与二维超声诊断输卵管间质部妊娠的临床价值。方法 选取2014年1月~2019年1月我院40例术前超声诊断输卵管间质部妊娠的患者，回顾性分析术前二维超声与经阴道三维超声的声像图特征，比较两种方式诊断该疾病的准确性。结果 经腹部二维超声及阴道二维超声检查诊断准确率为52.50%，经阴道三维超声检查诊断准确率为100.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 经阴道三维超声诊断输卵管间质部妊娠的准确率高于二维超声。

Comparative Analysis of Transvaginal Three-dimensional Ultrasound andTwo-dimensional Ultrasound Diagnosis of Tubal Interstitial Pregnancy

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound and two-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of tubal interstitial pregnancy.Methods From January 2014 to January 2019, 40 patients with preoperative ultrasound diagnosis of tubal interstitial pregnancy were selected. The sonographic features of preoperative two-dimensional ultrasound and transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound were compared in the retrospective analysis period.Way to diagnose the accuracy of the disease.Results The diagnostic accuracy of abdominal two-dimensional ultrasound and two-dimensional ultrasound was 52.50%. The accuracy of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound was 100.00%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The accuracy of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of tubal interstitial pregnancy is higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound.
