肾石通颗粒的薄层鉴别研究

摘    要:目的:建立肾石通颗粒的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:采用硅胶G薄层板对木香、丹参、延胡索,聚酰胺薄膜对金钱草进行薄层鉴别。结果:本方法对肾石通颗粒中的木香、丹参、延胡索、金钱草的薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论:本方法具有良好的专属性和重现性,可用于肾石通颗粒的定性鉴别。

Abstract:To establish a method to identify Shenshitong granule by TLC. Methods : Silica gel G thin layer plate was used to identify Aueklandia lappa, Salviae miltiorrhiza and Corydalis yanhusuo; polyamide film board was used to identify Lysimachia Chris- tinae Hanee. Results: The method can be used to identify Aucklandia lappa, Salviae miltiorrhiza, Corydalis yanhusuo and Lysimachia Christinae Hance of Shenshitong granule, and the features of thin-layer chromatography were distinct and negative control without inter- ference. Conclusion: The present method is specific and repeatable, and can be used for the qualitative identification of Shenshitong granule.
