糖尿病治疗专家系统研制和应用

目的 研制同时具有饮食治疗、运动治疗、药物治疗、自我监测和营养教育“五驾马车”功能的糖尿病治疗专家系统（DTs），为糖尿病治疗提供有效的工具。方法 采用信息技术、多媒体技术和现代营养治疗方法相结合，将糖尿病治疗的“五驾马车”有机结合，对糖尿病及其并发症患者的饮食摄取量和运动量进行量化控制。结果 DTS包括医院和家庭系统，医院系统适用于糖尿病专科门诊和营养门诊，可对患者进行饮食、运动、药物治疗，并具有病史管理功能。家庭系统与医院系统相匹配，患者利用家庭系统进行自我监测，医患互动，有效地提高糖尿病临床治疗效果。结论 DTS使用操作方便，可有效地提高糖尿病临床治疗效果。

Developing and Application of Diabetes Therapy Expert Systems

Objective To develop the diabetes therapy expert systems (DTS) that possesses five major functions of dietary therapy, exercise therapy, drug therapy, self-monitoring, and nutritional education. Methods The DTS was developped with the combination of information technology, multimedia technology, and modem nutritional therapy. Results DTS consists of both hospital system and famliy system. The hospital system is applicable for the diabetes special clinic and nutritional clinic. It possesses the functions of dietary therapy, exercise therapy, and drug therapy, and also has the function of patients history management. The famliy system is well matched with the hospital system. It could help patient to carry out self-monitoring and improve the effect of clinical therapy. Conclusion DTS is a simple and useful information system and can be used both in the health-care facilities and at home.
