宫颈环扎术治疗宫颈机能不全的疗效分析

目的探讨宫颈环扎术治疗不同孕周宫颈机能不全的疗效,以及择期手术、急诊手术的治疗效果分析。方法对58例不同孕周宫颈机能不全者施行宫颈环扎术,观察妊娠结局。结果 32例孕14~18周患者,胎儿存活率为93.8%,11例孕18＋1~22周患者,胎儿存活率为86.7%,6例孕22＋1~28周患者,胎儿存活率为63.7%。择期手术组44例,胎儿存活37例,存活率为90.9%。急诊手术组14例,胎儿存活8例,存活率为71.4%。两组存活率差异有统计学意义。结论宫颈环扎的时间选择妊娠14~18周为宜。对宫颈环扎最好预防性实施,急诊情况下手术,失败率很高。

Analysis of cervical cerclage surgery efficacy for cervical incompetence patients

Objective To probe cervical cerclage cervical treatment effect on cervical incompetence in different gestation period,and selective surgery,emergency surgery.Methods 58 cervical incompetence patients with different gestation period have suffered cervical cerclage,and been observed the pregnancy condition.Results In the 32 cases,patients pregnant 14 to 18 weeks,fetal survival rate was 93.8%.In the 11 cases patients pregnant 18+1-22 weeks,fetal survival rate was 86.7%.In the 6 cases,patients pregnant 22+1 to 28 weeks,fetal survival rate was 63.7.In the 44 cases selective surgery group,fetal survival rate was 90.9%.In the 14 cases,emergency surgery group,fetal survival rate was 71.4%.Conclusion Optimum time for cervical cerclage surgery is from 14-18 weeks of pregnancy.Chose to have the cervical cerclage surgery in due course.Otherwise the surgery failure rate is high under emergency condition.
