五藤二草汤对类风湿关节炎骨特异性碱性磷酸酶和抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶的影响

目的观察五藤二草汤对活动期类风湿关节炎（RA）骨特异性碱性磷酸酶（BAP）和抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶（TRACP5b）的影响。方法将61例RA患者随机分为对照组（30例）和治疗组（31例）。对照组给予甲氨蝶呤片10 mg,口服,每周1次;来氟米特片10 mg,口服,每日1次;醋氯芬酸片100 mg,口服,每日2次。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用五藤二草汤,口服,每日3次。连用3个月为1个疗程。观察治疗前后两组主要疗效指标及骨代谢指标（BAP、TRACP5b）。结果治疗后治疗组BAP、TRACP5b较治疗前明显下降（P〈0.05）,BAP较同期对照组显著改善（P〈0.05）,TRACP5b较同期对照组明显下降（P〈0.05）。结论五藤二草汤能降低活动期RA患者BAP、TRACP5b水平,改善骨代谢。

Effects of Wuteng Ercao Decoction on bone specific alkaline phosphatase and tartrate resistant acid phosphatase 5b of rheumatoid arthritis

Objective To evaluate the effects of Wuteng Ercao Decoction on bone specific alkaline phosphatase(BAP) and Tartrate resistant acid phosphatase 5b(TRACP5b) of activity rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods Sixty-one RA patients were randomized into treatment group(31 cases) and control group(30 cases).The control group was administered Methotrexate Tablets 10 mg,oral taking,once a week;Leflunomide Tablets 10 mg,oral taking,once a day;Aceclofenac Tablets 100 mg,oral taking,twice a day;The treatment group was administered Wuteng Ercao Decoction additionally.The treatment for 3 months in succession was of one course.The primary efficacy index,BAP and TRACP5b were abserved.Results After treatment,the level of BAP and TRACP5b of the treatment group were all significantly improved(P < 0.05),showing a statistical difference in comparison with those of the control group(PBAP = 0.032,PTRACP5b = 0.041).Conclusion Wuteng Ercao Decoction can reduce the level of BAP and TRACP5b,and improve bone metabolism.
