| 摘 要： | 目的研究CBX7mRNA在正常卵巢组织和卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达及意义。方法利用Real-TimePCR方法检测CBX7mRNA在70例卵巢正常组织和肿瘤组织中的表达并分析其与分期、分化、组织类型的相关性。结果CBX7mRNA在卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达明显低于卵巢正常组织。根据FIGO分期，CBX7mRNA在I、Ⅱ期的表达高于Ⅲ、Ⅳ期，表达差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。在卵巢恶性肿瘤组织中，高、中分化组的表达高于低分化组，表达差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论CBX7mRNA的低表达可能与卵巢癌的发生发展有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression and significance of CBX7 mRNA in normal ovarian tissue and ovarian tumor tissue.Methods Real-Time PCR method was used to detect the expression of CBX7 mRNA in 70 cases of normal ovarian tissue and tumor tissue and its correlation to staging,differentiation and type of tissue was analyzed.Results The expression of CBX7 mRNA in ovarian tumor tissue was significantly lower than that in normal ovarian tissue.According to FIGO staging,the expression of CBX7 mRNA in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ was higher than that in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).In ovarian malignant tumor tissue,the expression of highly and moderately differentiated groups was higher than that of poorly differentiated group,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion The low expression of CBX7 mRNA may be related to the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer. |
