| 摘 要： | 本文分析儿科重症监护病房护士在工作中存在的护理风险及其原因，提出一系列的护理对策及防范措施：强化风险意识；加强与患儿及家长的沟通；提高自身修养，加强专业知识、技能的培训及健康教育的宣传；重视安全教育，强化法律知识，从而保证了护理服务质量，降低了护理风险，减少护理纠纷的发生。 |

| Abstract: | This paper has analyzed the risks and its causes of the nursing care in pediatric intensive care unit,and proposes a series of care measures and preventive measures.The measures include: strengthening risk awareness;strengthening communication with children and their parents;improving accomplishment of the nurses and enhancing their professional knowledge and skills through training;promoting health education and publicity;emphasizing on safety education and strengthening legal knowledge.These measures can ensure the quality of care,reduce the risk of nursing the incidence of nursing disputes. |
