门诊阴道B超患者的心理特点与护理干预

本文探讨门诊行阴道B超检查患者的心理特点,通过系统的护理干预,积极消除患者的不良情绪。笔者回顾性分析本院2010年7月～2011年7月在门诊行阴道超声检查的患者35 523例,总结其心理特点,根据患者存在的心理问题,给予针对性心理护理干预,使患者配合医生,愉快地完成了阴道B超检查。门诊行阴道B超检查患者具有共同的心理特点,对她们在做好超声检查的同时,更应进行良好的心理干预,缓解或消除其焦虑、恐惧心理,解除患者心理负担和紧张情绪,维持患者心身平稳,以良好的心态完成阴道B超检查,顺心就诊。

The psychological characteristics and nursing interventions of Vaginal B Ultrasound outpatients

Objective To explore psychological characteristics of Vaginal B Ultrasound outpatients,eliminate the patients’ bad mood through a series of nursing interventions.Methods The psychological characteristics of the 35 523 transvaginal ultrasound outpatients from July,2010 to July 2011 by retrospective were analyzed.Results According to their psychological problems,by providing proper psychological nursing interventions,the patients will happily cooperate with doctors to finish the vaginal B ultrasound examination.Conclusion Vaginal B ultrasound patients have common psychological characteristics,when they experience ultrasound examination,they should be given a good psychological intervention in order to alleviate or eliminate the anxiety,fear,relieve the patient’s psychological burden and stress,maintain the patient’s psychosomatic balance and complete vaginal B ultrasound examination with a good mentality.
