老年人脑血管疾病的脑电图分析

目的探讨脑电图（electroencephalogram,EEG）在脑血管疾病中的重要临床意义。方法选择神经内科住院患者80例,进行临床神经功能缺损程度评分并分为轻、中、重3型,入院3 d内给予脑电图检查,部分患者2周后复查。结果所有患者脑电图检查显示正常率为27.5%,异常率为72.5%,其中轻度异常21例,占异常例数的36.2%;中度以上异常6例,占异常例数的10.3%;局限性异常者31例,占异常例数的53.4%。结论脑电图在急性脑血管疾病的早期诊断、病情评估及预后方面具有重要价值。

Analysis of EEG on aged patients with brain vascular diseases

Objective To explore the clinical significance of EEG on aged patients with brain vascular diseases.Methods 80 cases of clinical neurology inpatients were collected,they were given clinical neurological deficit scores and divided into mild,moderate and severe type.Patients hospitalized for three days to give EEG,then reviewed the EEG in some patients after two weeks.Results The results showed that normal EEG was 27.5% and abnormal EEG was 72.5%,of which 21 cases of mild abnormalities of patients,accounting for 36.2% of the abnormal;six cases of patients with more than moderately abnormal,accounting for 10.3% of the abnormal;Limitations abnormalities were in 31 patients,accounting for 53.4% of the abnormal.Conclusion EEG has significant value in the early diagnosis of acute cerebrovascular disease,condition assessment and estimate the prognosis.
