髓心减压钽棒假体植入治疗股骨头坏死的临床疗效

摘    要:目的探讨钽棒假体植入治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效。方法选择42例(47髋)缺血性股骨头坏死患者,随机分为治疗组24例(26髋)及对照组18例(21髋),治疗组采用髓心减压钽棒植入治疗,对照组采用髓心减压加自体腓骨移植术治疗。比较两组患者术中情况、术后恢复时间及术后髋关节功能。结果治疗组手术时间及术中出血量少于对照组(P〈0.01),治疗组患者住院时间短于对照组(P〈0.05),两组患者术后Harris评分差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论髓心减压钽棒植入术手术创伤相对较小,有利于患者术后恢复,治疗股骨头坏死具有较好疗效。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of and prosthesis implantation with tantalum rod in the treatment of osteonecrosis of the femeral head(ONFH).Methods 42 cases of ONFH patients(47 hips) were selected and divided into the treatment group of 24 cases(26 hips) and the control group of 18 cases(21 hips).The control group was treated with core decompression combined with autologous fibula transplantation,thus the treatment group was treated with core decompression prosthesis implantation with tantalum rod.The intraoperative situation,postoperative recovery time,postoperative hip function were conpared between the two groups.Results The operation time and amount of bleeding of the treatment group were less than those of the control group(P < 0.01);the length of stay of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Postoperational Harris scores had no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion Core decompression prosthesis implantation with tantalum rod has less trauma,which is beneficial for postoperative recovery and has good effect on ONFH treatment.
