沙培林治疗晚期肺癌所致恶性胸腔积液的疗效观察

目的：探讨沙培林治疗晚期恶性胸腔积液的疗效及不良反应。方法：40例诊断为晚期肺癌所致恶性胸腔积液的患者,行单腔中心静脉导管经皮穿刺胸腔闭式引流后,胸腔内注入沙培林,每次5KE,观察疗效及不良反应。结果：完全缓解15例（37.5%）;部分缓解18例（45%）：无效7例（17.5%）;总有效率（82.5%）。结论：胸腔内注射沙培林治疗晚期肺癌所致恶性胸腔积液疗效肯定,是控制恶性胸腔积液的有效方法。

The Treatment with Sapylin of Malignant Pleural Effusion Caused by Advanced Lung Cancer

Objective：To observe the curative treatment effect and its adverse reactions of Sapylin on the advanced malignant pleural effusion.Methods：40 patients,who had been diagnosed to have malignant pleural effusion caused by lung cancer,received injection of Sypilin（5 KE/time） through single chamber percutaneous central venous catheter after closed thoracic drainage.Results： 15 of 40 cases completely relieved（37.5%）;partially 18 cases（45%）： invalid 7 cases（17.5%）;the total effective rate（82.5%）.Conclusions： Intrapleural treatment with Sapylin for control of malignant pleural effusion caused by advanced lung cancer is an effective way in clinic.
