急性坏死性胰腺炎的营养治疗

摘    要:
本文分析了26例急性坏死性胰腺炎营养治疗的结果,发现适当的营养治疗对恢复病人的营养状态和增强机体免疫力有着重要作用。TPN、空肠要素饮食、脂肪乳剂都不会加重胰腺炎。本文推测营养治疗经历TPN、空肠要素饮食、口服饮食三个阶段,历时约四周左右较为合适。

Abstract:
The results of nutritional treatmeat in 26 patients of acute necrotizing pancreatitis (ANP) were analysed retrospectively in this study. It showed that there was obuious effect on the recovery of patient's nutritional status and enhancemeat of immunity as ade- quate nutrition was administered Acute necrotizing pancreatitis woule not become worse inspite of giving TPN, elemental dietviathe jejunostomy and parenteral fat emulsion.from this study it was suggested that the nutritional treatment conld be divided in to three steps and would be lasted about four weeks.
