| 摘 要： | 用ＰＥＡＢＩ４９１Ａ型蛋白测序仪对酸性牛神经肽１（ＡＢＮＰ１）进行了测序研究。结果表明：ＡＢＮＰ１由３个酸性氨基酸Ｇｌｕ排列而成，即ＧｌｕＧｌｕＧｌｕ。迄今为止，虽有大量神经肽的报道，但尚未见有酸性牛神经肽的报道。这表明ＡＢＮＰ１是一种新的牛神经肽。酸性牛神经肽的发现为研究新的神经调节机制提供了可能 |

| Abstract: | Sequence of acidic bovine neuropeptide 1(ABNP 1)was carried out on PE ABI 491A Model Protein Sequencer.The result showed that ABNP 1 was made of three acidic amino acids,Glu,or Glu Glu Glu.Up to now,although there are many neuropentides had been reported,no report about acidic bovine neuropeptide that consisted of three acidic amino acids,Glu,was discovered.This showed that ABNP 1 was a kind of new bovine neuropeptide.The discovery of acidic bovine neuropoptide would supply a possibility for studing new mechanism of nerve regulation. |
